Since 2007, On Your Bike has raised over £75,000 for Sonning Common Primary School and other local charities. This year’s chosen charities are the Sonning Common First Responders and Sport In Mind.
Sonning Common First Responders are Community First Responders who give their time freely to help care for people and save lives in their local community. There is no NHS funding for the CFR programme, so all their equipment, vehicles and uniforms are funded through public donations to the Charity.
The UK’s leading mental health sports charity who use the power of sport to transform the lives of children and adults experiencing mental health problems through sport and physical activity. It was formed in 2010 in Reading by Neil Harris who is a parent at Sonning Common Primary School.
